Brighten is looking to hire 20 workers for the vacancy position:

Customer Service Representative / Secretarial Clerk

Brighten is a company that specializes in Market Research, Lead Generation, Campaign Management, IT/Back Office Outsourcing.

Brighten has delivered unrivalled standards in call center outsourcing and customer management services. Whether it is call handling, e-mail, web chat, customer service, clerical work we believe every client is unique, every interaction matters and that the human touch is all-important.

We have been operating since 2014 and due to planned growthand the launch of a campaign in close partnership with the partners from USA we are looking for 20 highly motivated employees to join our existing team.

We are looking for:
  • Candidates with a Customer Service Experience
  • Fluent English speakers with a clear accent
  • Good telephone manner with a clear speaking voice
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the customer
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexible and ambitious
  • Able to work and adapt to the USA working schedule
  • Provide service excellence to both internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve issues.
  Working Hours:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 15:00hrs – 24:00hrs
  We offer:
  • We offer a starting wage of €450, plus commission
  • Friendly working environment
  • Part/time and full/time working hours
