Project kosovajob.com is an online job finder portal, aiming to connect companies with potential employees but also to serve as a central database of Kosova job market. We have developed a total multi-language solution that would provide equal opportunity platform to find potential jobs, with information presented in Albanian, Serbian and English language.

KosovaJob.com will enable greater visibility into open job positions - what kind of skills are really needed by companies, what’s currently available on the workforce market, realistic statistics on the current unemployment rate, provide analytics platform for the investigation of unemployment data and what education is needed to bridge that gap between business needs and availability of adequate workers.

Specific to our platform, easy to use interface to collect resume, skills, education, past experiences and many other elements of information enables us to gain deep insight into real potential of Kosova workforce. Gathering the data about job openings from companies provides us with information on real needs of Kosova companies. Cross referencing those two data sets will enable more efficient and faster decision making of many government and education institutions.
